It is a surgery where we can change the structure of the nose, correct respiratory problems and deviated septum. Therefore, not only the aesthetic part is corrected, but also the functional part.
This operation is for all types of noses, modifying the structures of this and allowing to thin, increase or decrease its size.
To perform it, an operating room is used, so general anesthesia is applied, resulting in a costly treatment that requires a rest time that varies from patient to patient 😰.
Also, the patient must use splints and gauze plugs and the final results are appreciated from 6 to 12 months, being permanent.
✅ Rhinomodeling
It consists of filling the nose with hyaluronic acid to correct the curved profile, aquiline, the double curve and even the drooping tip. However, not all noses are candidates for this procedure.
It is performed in a physician’s office and topical anesthesia is administered. Therefore, rhinomodeling is a very economical treatment.
Unlike rhinoplasty, the result is temporary and requires retouching 1 or 2 times a year, but compared to any surgical intervention the risks are lower 👍.
For example, the only risk of this procedure is that you apply a product that is not suitable for the nose or that whoever applies it is not medical personnel 📣 being this one of the most dangerous areas to use hyaluronic acid if you fall into inexperienced hands.
