DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Belleza Latina we value the time of our patients, as well as that of the professionals who work with us, for this reason, we inform you of our deposit penalty policy. This will be effective in the event of late cancellation/rescheduling, non-attendance or attendance outside the tolerated waiting times (10 minutes).

This penalty is applied automatically by our appointment management system, so we suggest that our patients refrain from scheduling their appointments if they are not sure of the time and date to agree.

Important note: Deposits are non-refundable and are valid for 30 days from receipt.
